I am logging in through my PC. It's just really slow....enter your userID, and wait for up to a minute. Similar speed then on the Pin page...Click once and wait, so you don't cause any errors......but I eventually got logged in.

Intermittent log ins and log outs, e-statements are not available.
All is not well. Have you tried turning it on and off yet?

Are there issues today with the site ? I've tried on 3 different workstations, all have same issue. You enter your ID and last 4 digits, and click next, page basically just returns looking for your ID and last 4 digits. The mobile app appears to be working fine though.

Yep, seeing the same here. A login loop - enter ID and dob/4 digits and you are returned to the same page.

Was down last week as well.

What's going on? When will it be fixed?

I am now paying for the service via quarterly fees, so I expect it to be working 24/7.

    Regards

Edit: this is not slow response times. The login service is not working.

Website is very slow the past couple of days - it's unusable. Using IE and Chrome. Test on two machines via DSL and 4G.

Today I'm getting an error "We are unable to process your request" and cannot log in.

BOL having issues today now as well. What on earth are we paying for if I can't even get into our accounts when we need to?

Thanks Sarah. I checked the page to confirm it wasn't my PC causing issues. At 12.45pm there was only partial service.

Can you tell us why the online banking is down so much lately?

Business on line offline again. Dread the thoughts of trying to phone them, hold for half the day. Its a joke to pay for this, I was told before there was a new website coming still no sign of it.
