    Hi Everyone

    I have seen builder finish word here quite often, what is included in builders finish in actual if we they they charging 100 per sq ft builders finish??

    thanks Bryan, iam looking for kitchen extension and side of the house one bedroom ensuite. so what should be expected in builders finish??

    An empty room. Fully wired, plumbed, plastered. No flooring. No tiling. No kitchen.

    That would be standard but each builder may vary a little so you need to agree with them in writing.

    Hi Thanks everyone
    reason why asked this was, because we want to extend and have applied for planning permission we got few quote and took the bank they said the amount is too high than the value of the it will achieve, so we thought we will get structural build first and do inner work in phases. As we got few amount passed from them ..

    bank will be interested in the property value of the asset so your extension might not add value to the amount you need which is the banks issue. the market will dictate the cost no matter what way its phrased
