slipped disc in lower back

Hi guys, can anyone help, I slipped a disc in my lower back roughly 5 months ago, for the first few weeks the pain was just my lower back but the past few months it has spread down my right leg, I have been to see 2 physios still no joy, anyone any recommendations please
