Upgraded to eFibre broadband but still slow?

So we were upgraded to eFibre the first week in July yet we are still getting pre-upgrade speeds. Various tests have given me a download speed of 6 MPS. When 4-5 people are connected the broadband can seem very slow. I knew not expect 100 MPS as it said up to that speed, but surely it should be at least double what it was to maybe 12 MPS (though I should expect close to 24 MPS as that is what you offer customers in non eFibre areas). As it isn't, I feel as though we weren't upgraded at all. It's like we just got a new broadband box and nothing else has changed, though we live in an eFibre area.

Try and eliminate where the problem is
login to http://192.168.1.254/;
On the right hand side under interface status what is the rate given for
DSL?

Well Rx would be Receive rate which is download. Your Tx is 1meg upload .
What's your Rx?
Take a look at  System Monitor->xDSL Statistics to see what your attainables are like.

I'd say there may be scope for an increase there.
Here are profiles available

1500m 15 3
1750m 12 1
2000m 7 1

Hopefully your prequal rate is/will change to 12:1. I guess you'll have to wait for the reps here to check it out for you.
