Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lots of movements tonight (notably tons of fallers).

Rooney, Hutton, Kane, Sterling, Ayoze Pérez & Cresswell UP !

Williamson, Doyle, Brunt, Welbeck, Taylor-Fletcher, Vuckic, M. Wilson, Barkley, Puncheon, Abeid, Chalobah, Westwood, Haidara, Jedinak, Jakupovic, Lovren, Bony, Jääskeläinen, Pellè, Montero, Robertson, Dier & Gamboa DOWN !

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 547 ✭✭✭shayno90

No increase yet, past the usual 1:45am mark. Could be 2am or if at all like last night!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,438 ✭✭✭Shedite27

I guess it's a given that Kane will rise the full .3 this week then. He'll be 5.7 by the time the next GW starts IMO

Quite likely the WC transfers won't count for any player much the same as when I WC in gw3.

Little or no money was made on the WC. I wouldn't expect serious gains from any player as FF Fix have already issued a warning regarding their prediction for rises

For sure. People making early transfers will probably have less risk since he'll be rested in the FA Cup. Still a transfer I don't want to make early since my last two international break transfers backfired.

Is it safe to hold off transferring Yaya out for the time being? I'd like to make sure potential replacements come through the FA Cup weekend without injuries, but don't want to lose value.

He is gone to African Nations' Cup now so bound to lose value soon.

So far this week he has 12K NTI and 14K NTO, price is going nowhere fast.
It seems not a lot of people don't realise he is ACoN bound.

FFFix has him to drop >2 days.

Will they put a red flag on someone for being on international duty?

Ah jeez he's not falling is he?

Was planning to sell Benteke for Kane rather than him.

Well according to FFFix he is.

I've just looked there at FPLStatistics and they are predicting an Azpil fall and a Kane, De Gea rise
First time I've looked at FPLS in a long time. Lets see who is right tonight.

And this is why their accuracy rates are a load of nonsense. The calculation is only based at the point in time when the prices change as far as I can tell

    De Gea the only riser.

Two fallers - J-Rod and Dummett.

How is there any movement at all with JRod?

    Its a strange one alright.
There are some strange scenarios - Van Persie is 6th highest scoring forward in the game, 22 points less than Aguero, yet has less owners than Sturridge who has hardly kicked a ball!

bugger, didnt realise dummett was going down. might have shipped him for Cameron or someone...

    Kane UP !

Wilkinson, Benteke, Mason, McGeady & Enner Valencia DOWN !

Silva & RVP must be respectively in & out many WC teams... 2 days now that their expected price change did not happen!

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,262 ✭✭✭iroced

Terry, Hazard & Fer UP !

    Clyne & Vargas DOWN !

FFF seems to have adjusted Silva rise and RVP fall according to the WC transfers since they're now both far enough from a price change after having been predicted to move for the last 2 days.

That said only Clyne was predicted tonight and for what I remember Terry was far enough from a rise...

FFFix should really put a health warning beside their success % during the WC period (ie that's those high % of correct predictions are not to be expected) if they were being completely honest.

They have released a few warnings via their Twitter account on accuracy during the WC.

    They do...
"Our price change accuracy may deviate slightly from 1st January 2015 for several weeks due to the release of the second wildcard"

That was quick, well played FFFix for such a quick response :)

Ooops Is in order I guess :(

I'm pretty sure FPLStats had Terry close to a rise. Maybe they've figured out this WC lark better than FFFix

Thats pretty impressive if they have worked out a way hard to see how though! Its a shame they don't all get together and pool resources maybe then we might get close to figuring it out!

Would it have anything to do with the % increase in people having the player.

i.e one player is owned by 100 people so 10 people buying would increase by .1

Something like that. Its all about net transfers each day the exact formula is unknown and gets tweaked each season. Normally the tracking sites crack it quite quickly but this season it is a lot trickier it looks like there is some new addition to the formula that it proving tricky to uncover!

There is more detail on it here.

    No one up.

    Krul, Kranjcar, Ramsey & Eto'o DOWN !

Krul down to £4.4m & Ramsey to £8.6m is noteworthy ;).

Balls, was really hoping Krul would hold off dropping until I had the chance to switch to Heaton. Might reconsider that move now.

    Cissokho UP !

    Papiss Cissé DOWN !

Fantasy Footbal Fix, probably followed by FPL Statistics. FISO and Total FPL are as good as dead.

Can't really rely on them right now a few looked like they might have been getting close but with WCs flying round right now its made it next to impossible for them to be getting very accurate with the changes.

FFF were definitely doing pretty well until the WC period started.

With the normal transfers per week and now Wildcarding, the only changes are a mid-fielder and striker from New Castle?
