Broadband recomendation in Grange

    Fastcom is another choice.

    That bonkers thing is well bonkers....

    You can get standard on average 3gb broadband from most providers. Service it's usually quite consistent, but there will be assume times where it is slow.

    There was no bb in Grange when I here about 8 years ago. So only option was fastcom. There were quite a few times, especially in bad weather where signal was non existent. Not sure what it is like now but went go back.

    I chop and change providers every year and go for cheapest. Was with sky last year and with Vodafone on a 27 Euro per month broadband only package. Calls are extra, but most people use mobiles these days instead.

    Unfortunately e fibre isn't planned in Grange anytime soon......

    Got the Vodafone home bb DL 1.7Mbps UL 0.2 Mbps veeery slow :-(

    Strange, no problem here, getting 4.25 at moment from centre of Grange

    Yes it is . Ill try to ring them tomorrow once again and see what they will tell me again.
    I've the basic settings didnt change anything in router menu and im based just behind The Meadow estate so close to eircom cabin.
