Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Vista User Profile Service Cannot Be Loaded

    Hi,

    I powered on my laptop this morning but got the error "User Profile Service cannot be loaded". I have had no success in trying to fix it. I do not know how this happened!

    There is already an administrator account but I do not have the password for that as I never actually used it. Is there a default password?

    Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

    do a system restore to the most recent point your pc worked

    you will need to boot off a vista dvd

    Vista User Profile Service Cannot Be Loaded = corrupt profile
