Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

email duplicates

    Hi,

    When I get incoming mail on my iphone 5s, I get two copies of each new email.

    Would anyone care to coment on how to sort out this?

    What email service do you use, and how many email accounts are setup on the phone?

    Tx. I use three.ie service,

    I have icloud, gmail, eircom & yahoo accounts.

    the eircom mail gives duplicates

    And where exactly do you see 2 copies of each email?

    The reason I ask is that the Mail app by default shows a) all inboxes linked b) each account's inbox and c) all accounts - it can be a little confusing.
