Anybody pick this up? Looks like a very interesting and complex 4x strategy space game. Basic graphics and interface though. Initially released in 2010, with 3 expansions release each year since then. All of these have been combined for Distant Worlds: Universe.

I'm tempted to pick it up but the hefty price tag is a deterrent. Positive enough reviews though and some good LPs out there to get a flavour of it.
