Opinion on place to rent

    Hey all,

    So my girlfriend and I are looking to rent in limerick and were wondering if anyone has any info on Lelia House, Lelia Street Limerick. We both work and are both in college. Rent seems reasonable but what's the area like? Someone who we know lives there and says its fine but would be interested to hear other opinions.

    I don't about this particular block of flats but in general around Limerick the more recent ones tend to be quite poorly built. I would suggest a viewing and keep an eye on any signs there might be damp.

    The area itself. I would say it is a little bit rough but tolerable. You might have a few dodgy neighbours.
