A friend of mine is considering buying a bungalow in Redford Park.
Somebody told him there was flooding there a few years ago. I could not remember a flood there.

Anybody remember flooding and was if so was it bad. Did houses get flooded? I googled but only saw a reference butno real detail.
    Appreciate your comments.

    Hi

It depends where the bungalow is. Have a look at:

I think I did hear parts of redford park are subject to flooding

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

OP easiest thing to do is to go and knock on a couple of doors in the area, nothing people like more than telling tales of floods and disasters. We are not in the area you are talking about be we do flood and I know any one of our neighbors would delight in telling you how badly it floods here
