Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Went to look at cows near calving one night after a session, was absolutely locked. didn't take out the fingers when I was pulling two doors together, crushed three fingers, breaking bones in two of them, ....had to be registered as a farm accident in A and E despite pleading that farming wasn't the cause

lift all mats out of one side on to bed opposite, powerwash floor, wash each mat in passage way and put back down:) doing second slatted shed atm, hate powerwashing the bits at the side of slats

I'm assuming your on about the build up of **** at the edges of the slats. Well if you get a slurry tanker and fill it with water and add the 2 inch water hose off the back of it. It cuts through it like a hot knives through butter

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,854 ✭✭✭✭whelan2

ah ok i thought you where on about the back of the mats/cubicles:)

Well you could use it for that too. We clean all our slats here with the tanker

Yeah. The old saying " a lock only stops an honest man " springs to mind.

Feckin scumbags. The only access to our farm goes past my front gate. We were advised to put the locked gate just at the entry so anyone coming down has to stop outside our house to interfere with the gate. Seems to have worked as one 6am visitor was spooked and tore off back up the lane.
