I do stick a square bale behind them and put the ball ontop of the bale and clamp. They kick the bale and can't get me. Saved my plenty of times.

Well they're close enough to that boardwalk there aren't they. So there's probably plenty of crack available in the area.

Have a calf with a touch of green in the dung. Never seen that before. It's a fairly solid dung consistency-wise but is green.

Calf is three weeks old. Appetite is excellent, running and playing in the pen and no obvious signs of sickness. Any idea what it might be?

    Green poo? Excess bile perhaps?

Is that anything to be worries about or should I continue with feedings and lectades just to be sure?

If his is drinking, eating and leaping about then I would not be overly concerned.
If you are concerned then take his temperature while he is relaxed/lying down but not after a bout of leaping around the pen.

Don't know for certain. Would expect it to be excess bile pigment........... Suggest multivitamins and observation. While he's lively and healthy I wouldn't be concerned.
