    Hi all,

I've hurt my ankle and would like to get it seen to, I'm a bit worried that it's more serious than I first thought.

Can anyone recommend a good physio or podiatrist, preferably close to Randwick or in the city? Or should I go to the hospital first?

I'm a bit clueless when it comes to this stuff.

    Thanks a lot,
    MF

I would try a GP first. Generally they will do basic exam to assess injury and then recommend an x-ray (if required) or refer you to a physio for rehab. May just need some rest and strapping, in which case GP will sort you out.
