Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Going to London next week with wife and 2 kids for 5 days, is the London pass with travel worth the money.
    Thanks

As unhelpful as it sounds, that depends on how much you'll use it.

You can also get visitor/tourist oyster cards for PAYG travel. I'd have a look at tfl.gov.uk to estimate how much your daily travel will cost. I'm not sure what else comes with the London Pass - access to certain tourist sites? If so, then it depends on whether you plan on hitting them.

Second week in London now - got a PAYG Oyster card but have already nearly £30 spent on it.
I know I won't use it as much once we get sorted but what's the prices / how do you get monthly cards?

I can't find the details on them online....?

Here's a link to adult fares:

    https://www.tfl.gov.uk/cdn/static/cms/documents/tube-dlr-lo-adult-fares-jan-2014.pdf

You can register your oyster card here:

    https://oyster.tfl.gov.uk/oyster/link/0004.do

When it's registered you should be able to buy a monthly travel card.
