Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is it possible to buy single Campag/Fulcrum front wheels?

My googlefu is weak tonight. I've been trying all sorts of searches and checked a lot of websites, but most places only seem to stock wheels by the pair. Does anyone know of any places that sell the wheels individually? Surely there must be a market for that sort of thing. Or is it the same craic as shifters with only being able to buy both sides together?

I'm looking for a Campag Eurus or Fulcrum Racing 1 front wheel in particular.

In my past experience I have had to buy in pairs, I couldn't wait for a single wheel to appear up for sale, if you can wait you might be lucky but don't hold your breath

    Rose sell Campag wheels separately.

All of the wheels are available individually from the factory (as are the shifters, in fact), it's just that the wholesalers, who have to work 30 - 45 days ahead, will only place orders as specials, so 30-45 days is what you in general have to wait.

Neither wholesalers nor retailers want their stocks of pairs of wheels (or shifters) getting out of balance when they might then have to wait 30 - 45 days for a single wheel (or a single lever) to bring a set up to saleability again.

It sounds like a minor problem until it's multiplied up into 20-odd variations of wheel, 8 or 10 variations of lever - the amount of "dead" stock they could end up with would be a real headache.

Having said all of which, we can order for you, or you could ask JHI in Dublin, as the main Irish Campagnolo source, to do so ...
