    hi eircom,

    Most of Carrigtwohills efibre cabs are live, bar two of them.

    They have been in the completion stage some time now.

    Would you have any more accurate info about CHT009 going live? As in a date?

    I've discussed this with efibre operations. I have been informed that they do recognise that there have been delays with that specific cabinet and although there is yet to be an agreed activation date we do hope to have more news on this in late October if you would like to check back with me then.

    the efibre map has updated - http://fibrerollout.ie/where-and-when/

    its now showing CHT1_005 and CHT1_009 as go live on 1st Oct 2014

    Hi BArra

    That map is indicative of dates where upon completion is indicated at wholesale level only and not intended to suggest when the cabinets will be able to provide efibre to the public - the launch date for public efibre availability is still yet to be agreed but indications suggest it should be ready before the end of 2014
