Resume & cover letter question

    Hi, I'm putting together my resume and trying to write cover letters, and I'm wondering do people in Canada on the IEC visa mention this in there cover letter? Or is this something you mention at the interview stage?

    I'm not in Canada yet so I've no canadian phone number or address, is it even worth applying for jobs from Ireland without these?
