Bought this as new installed drivers, the process of installing went fine and my device is ready to use....printer is ticked in printers/devices.......now the problem, nothing works! I try to print, set preference and customise printer and get error message saying device drivers not installed??.....I've tried the drivers…

I try to print, set preference and customise printer and get error message saying device drivers not installed??.....I've tried the drivers from the disk and from HP website both full and basic drivers......everything installs ok but comes back to the same problem when trying to print ie the printer does not seem to be recognized with drivers installed incorrectly...
