moden is working.. but not wifi

    Help. how can I get wifi working. the modem is working but the wifi is not working or lighting. I have turned off and on twice but no joy. any ideas

    Who are you with (UPC / Vodafone / Eircom).

    Are you directly connected to the router? (via cable)

    You can try to log in to the router (you'll probably need an admin username / password) to see if wireless is enabled on the device.

    Open a web browser and type 192.168.1.1 (usually) otherwise open command prompt and type 'ipconfig' to get the router gateway.
