Apartments right beside citywest hotel- round garden

Does anyone know anything about the block of apartments right beside the citywest hotel- I think they are called Round garden- quite hidden from the road. They were originally built in the boom and then went into receivership I think- they're trying to update them and rejuvenate them now I think but there are tenants…

They were originally built in the boom and then went into receivership I think- they're trying to update them and rejuvenate them now I think but there are tenants already living in them and I think they've attracted some anti social behaviour in there.... Was hoping to get more info about them??
