    I am trying to do monthly bills etc and keep getting the message "Your request to transfer funds to a SEPA payee could not be completed at this time. Please try again later." Why is this ?

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing these difficulties in making a transfer online. In this case it would be difficult to know why this message is occurring for you without account access. We would advise you to call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 while you have access to your computer and a colleague can go through some trouble shooting with you. 
    Our representatives are available 8am to midnight Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on weekends.
