    Looking a reasonable quote for a Design and Assigned Certifier in North Cork to for a build

    Just looking for the minimum requirements to be carried out to pass building regs. No bank involvement. Drawings completed and planning has been granted.


    230m2 new build

    Any recommendations or quotes or similar quotes given would be really appreciated

    Brother is a builder and he will be overseeing the build and organising his subcontractors. Will be paying his subcontractors ourselves
