Again sad story and big blow for Drogheda.

Isn't Ireland great place for investment?Where is Drogheda Borough and County Council and why they don't make a call to companies, corporations etc. to tell that we need them now.

People are doomed on long-term unemployment and welfare begging. There are no new jobs in Drogheda. It's so sad.

In fairness, didn't Dundalk get quite a bit of investment lately with PayPal, Cellulac, National Pen and the likes? Maybe it's just the circles I travel in but Dundalk seems to have gained a fair amount of employment in the past 18 months.

90% of them jobs are multi-language jobs in Paypal and National Pen and are great boosts regarding employees paying for rent, food etc.. Jobs for locals are fairly low
