S4 Mini Network Unlock

    Hi All,

    I just bought a S4 Mini from Adverts for the wife and I'm trying to Sim Unlock it (currently locked to Meteor) and it's proving very difficult. I've rooted the phone and installed region RegionLock Away but it's still not unlocked, any help would be greatly appreciated.
