Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    never a 3-0 game.

they're clinical, we've an average keeper.

Liverpool just going for the reverse Crystal Palace. All going to plan so far...

Beaten by the team that will finish either first or second away from home - not the disaster some would like to pretend.

Doesn't excuse it. Let's face it, City aren't even playing fantastic.

They are up against a useless defense

Absolutely a 3-0 game. Liverpool are poor defensively.

Without a doubt although Liverpool played much better at the Etihad last season.

    Ouch.

Someone remind me how much Liverpool spent this summer.

Actually delighted we didn't waste 20m on Lovren.

The left full stood way to far off again, very slack.

City are streets ahead of anyone else in the league.

A spanking with City just about in third gear

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,725 ✭✭✭✭blueser

Staggering stats for Kun; 29 goals in his last 32 appearances for us. If he was fully fit during all that time, what would it have been?

Exposed badly tonight, not looking forward to the trip to spurs next week, they'll be gunning for revenge

Do you have a description of these gears and what they entail? Is it detailed in the same book that has player levels?

Top of the league again :D

    Yep.

Rest of the team hasn't played that badly. Defence have been poison.

City barely have to break a sweat since the first gift.

Long season ahead if the first two games are anything to go by.

I think you fully understand the common parlance. Relax. It is a spanking. And not liking your new signings at all

1 shot on target for Liverpool all night. Says a lot

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

Mignolet was really in no mans land for that goal.

Second game of the season, away, to City. Not going to get carried away with this.Sundays performance will be a bigger indicator.

Fernando has free reign to hack down in midfield almost half a dozen fouls gone unpunished.

It's silly parlance. Those daft clichés annoy me particularly.

Is there anything more useless then a Glen Johnson overlap...anything ????

Pity Stefan doesn't get the chance to snare a hat trick for himself.

    I will agree with this.

City are very good at fouling us before our attacks get started.

City's three subs: Navas, Aguero, Fernandinho.

    Ridiculous strength in depth.

I'm shocked at how quite Kompany has had to have been...haven't heard him mentioned more than twice...tells ya the story

Not as much as United and not as embarrassing as losing at home to Swansea when you have a tactical genius as a manager

Be more considerate to my feelings, even if you don't know in advance what they are, and we'll be ok. I'll let you off with a warning this time.

He showed good reaction times for the first goal but I dare say he won't get them handed to him every week.
