are dogs allowed on the hill of tara

    i want to go visit the hill of Tara and i usually bring my dog everywhere. But seeing as it is a bit of Irish history are dogs allowed? iv searched but could not find anything on it.

    I've had my dogs there, and have always seen plenty of other dogs whenever I've been there. It's an open site, so anyone is free to walk around as they please. I would advise keeping your dog on a lead though, as there are often sheep on the site.
