Early opening Gym.

    Hi just wondering is there any gyms in the city region that open around 6-6.30, with it getting dark and wet I'm looking to get in a bit before work. Best I can get so far is the strand at 6.30 but its a bit small.

    Bodybuilding in Raheen Ind estate also Planet Health on childers road.
    Id say UL too but not sure!

    UL doesn't open until 7 unfortunately.

    AVC gym (old MK fitness) opens @ 6

    Cool, might give take that place a look. Do you know if they have a website?, can't find anything on google besides a FB page.

    Beefit opens at 6 out the Ballysimon road. It's a big bright gym, very affordable , I'd recommend it ! They have a good website too

    Thanks Moby, Avc is perfect, good size, opens at 6 and directly on my way into work in the morning with free parking.
