Having trouble with computer as it wont connect to hot spot

    Bought a HTC desire 310 on Friday and am trying to connect my computer to hotspot which is set up on phone. When doing this my computer (Packard bell Easynote Windows 7) recognises the Android Device but computer says unable to connect to Android Device tried other phones doing this and they worked fine. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong.

    are you sure you've entered the correct password? sounds like that could be the issue.
