Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

As the owner of an Xperia E, I'd say go with the Huawei. It can't possibly be worse!

Most low end androids lag. Some would say the lowest you should go is the motoG Windows phone is a better cheap phone. Though its missing some stuff from android. Consider the MotoE either.

What are your priorities with the phone? Camera, email, games, apps what?

My priorities are e-mail, calls and the internet so may go for the Huawei.
    Thanks for your replies.

Just went through this decision for my daughter. After much research went with a Cubot S208 thru Amazon, about £85 sim free, quad core, good pics, expandable storage, very slick on android 4.4 KitKat. Can well recommend.
Had the Huawei Y300 before , pretty slow..

Stay away from the Sony. Very poor phone

Avoid both if possible and get a MotoG. Even though they are about to bring out a new one, the old one is still a great device. I regret not getting that for my gf.

There's also far more aftermarket support for hte motoG on XDA etc for custom roms to fix problems.

The Moto G is more expensive. But its probably the cheapest Android thats worth buying. Unless of course price is very tight then the next option would be a Moto E or a Windows Phone.
