Just saw this story now. The show has been cancelled with immediate effect and the company has severed all ties with him.

    TMZ

Death has this much to be said for it:
You don’t have to get out of bed for it.
    Wherever you happen to be
    They bring it to you—free.

Has it been proven? if it hasnt why are they cutting all ties?

I edited the link with a more up-to-date story. It seems that the charges alone are sufficient reason, now that his daughter has spoken to police too.

He's dealing with the Louisiana legal system here. What would "proven" entail?

Well, yes, but that's not for us to thrash out here. I'm just reporting who's done what so far, let the legal system grind its gears. If innocent, I imagine Hayden would have a case against the Discovery Channel, but they have presumably had legal advice already. Ditto.for Red Jacket Firearms.

In cases such as this the identity of the accused really shouldn't be announced till such time as they are found guilty beyond reasonable doubt. If guilty of these allegations then he deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison but if found innocent his career is already over as no matter what people will assume there's no smoke without fire.

Do you really need someone to explain PR to you?

    Innocent until proven guilty.

But in these scenarios employers tend to reserve judgement but put the celeb/actor on hold until after the verdict and the fire or reinstate as appropriate e.g. Kevin/Michael Le vell, reinstated after found not guilty.

Not so much in the US. There you tend to get dropped like a hot potato..

His daughter Stephanie has now come out and said that he abused her when she was younger. It does not look good for him at all.

He was only an employee at Red Jacket so their decision to get rid of him cant come back to bite them. Over there you can get rid of an employee without having to give a reason.
