    Hey All,

I am in the process of looking for a childminder for an infant under one year to come to my house three full days a week. I am unsure as to what the rate per full day should be. Could somebody shed some light as to what they would expect to be paid or what they are paying for their childminder?

    Any help would be appreciated.

My sister gets 70 euro per day from 2.30pm (collect from school) until 6 pm. 3 primary school kids and she cooks them dinner and supervises homework. All in their own home.
School holidays is 90 per day

In your home they are classed as your employee so minimum wage applies ,you also need to pay their prsi .
It is usually 10-12 euro an hour .
