So I'm fairly new to cycling .I've done 3 45km spins at about 23 km/ph pace.
Its a 4 stage total of 360km charity cycle and I am really wanting to do it as it raises money for charity and specifically for my own age group and because I have a few friends who have previously needed their help.
After that much training and obviously a few more weeks of training do you think I could manage it?
I'm doing group rides now aswell as one other longish cycle a week.
But each stage is twice the distance I've ever gone before and I'm worried I won't be able to finish

Even though they say its broke into 4 stages it is 180 km per day over 2 days so its a big jump in my opinion. I'd recommend doing some smaller spins first and build up to that level. There are events on every weekend so you should try 100km and see how you get on.

Link to details on cycle, more people might be better able to advice if they have more information on the event:
