    Hi all
    Wonder if anyone can help, my ping is at 15-20 average on command prompt
    But on the xbox I'm getting a latency of 157
    Anyway of lowering this or is it because the servers are in the us ?
    I seem to be in lobbies of Australians ect all the time can't be good for online gaming ?

    The latency sounds about right, servers are in the US.

    That's a good ping for connecting to Xbox Live servers. When we do a connection test on our PC it usually finds a server that is only a few counties away.

    Your good to go.

    As others have said that is the ping to a live server in the US, is about right so no need to worry.

    You can also test using interent explorer on XBOX with http://speedof.me it's HTML 5 based so will work fine.
