    Capital One Cup Round 5
    Tottenham Hotspur v Newcastle United
    Wednesday 17th December 2014
    Kick Off 19:45
    White Hart Lane

I think we'll do them, can't beat a cup buzz.

Can't believe this isn't on the box. Surely an all Premier League tie should be given preference!!

why not ? Spurs v newcastle is a big enough game for the cup quarter final

Anyway, we need a full team to play this game . I reckon we can win it 2-0

Same result as West Ham last year I fear, we all thought they couldn't replicate their league win at WHL achieved earlier that season.

A must win game and the biggest game of the season so far. 2-0 Kane and Chadli.

Kane to come out and chokeslam the entire Newcastle team. Then deliver a tombstone to Pardew before setting off the pyro's

Subs: Lloris, Kaboul, Naughton, Capoue, Dembele, Lamela, Soldado

Lennon can't even make the squad

I think it's clear Lennon is being sold in Jan. I like the team

    Any streams for tonights game?

A good half, some good pressing and Vlad going well at RB,Stambuli going ok also.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,910 ✭✭✭Sugarlumps

Best I've seen us play in a while, great tempo. Eriksen is running the show. Looked like a peno on Kane. If we don't self destruct at the back, then we should win this comfortably.

Good news there someone might take him off our hand in January ;)

Agree Vlad looks good at RB. Think he deserves a chance there. He can play a bit and the position is new to him

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,010 ✭✭✭slegs

    CHADLI!!!!!!

I can't remember the last time Spurs took a two goal lead.
