E-Fibre cabinet activation date for QKR1_065.

    The cabinet has been in my estate for over a year now.  My currently contract with another ISP is up soon.  The fiber map seems to say that October 2014 is the date.  Is that still the planned date? (I know these dates come with a health warning!!)

    Also what is the procedure for ordering if I don't have an active phone line? Got rid of the phone about 4 years ago.
