Not sure if its out in Europe but I got this from the 3DS eshop yesterday. It's the first project from Inafune since he left Capcom. It plays great as well. The guys that made it, Inti Creates, are ex capcom staff and created the Mega Man Zero titles and Mega Man 9 and 10.

To top it all off if you buy it early you get Mighty Gunvolt free. It plays like a long lost Capcom NES game and seems to use the Mega Man 9/10 engine. It's a far more authentic NES experience than Shovel Knight.
