If I work for a outsourcing company and they lose their contract which we are working on but the company we are sourced too wants to take all the employees that have work with them to their new outsourcing company and this is agreed would all your warnings from the previous company follow you over? Or because you work now for a new company it won't . Am not sure if this makes sense : see below

    Working for Outsourcing company
Client ends business with said outsourcing company
Outsourcing company allows employees to go with them
New outsourcing company found for client
All staff switch to new outsourcing company
Does the past outsourcing company verbal, written warnings come over with you or because you are now working for a new company it can't be used against you in your new employment ?
