UCD Connect Problems

Hi, my friend is going to UCD but she isn't receiving any e-mails but some of my other friends are receiving loads about fresher events and peer mentor groups and accepting photos etc. she wants to know is anyone else having the same problems or knows what to do. Many thanks in advance.

Chances are her email or details are a shade incorrect. Ring the Program Office of the course she is doing or UCD Registry.
