    From today, Bank of Ireland Mortgage customers can choose to fix their mortgage repayments for 10 years at just 4.99%. 


    This is the only 10 year fixed rate mortgage available in Ireland and is available to new and existing customers.

    10yrs is a long time, a lot can change.
    Any idea of the rates 10yrs ago? 3.49% approx?
