Cider from apples (help)

    Hi can anyone give me a receipt for making cider from apples that I will press the juicd out of, I read the how to guide on the home brew company site, I got all the stuff 33l buckets, campden tables etc. it just doesn't tell how much amounts of each ting I need to use, juice,suger water tables etc

    How many tablets you add depends on the pH of the juice. If you find out the pH then I'll ask one of my mates who can tell me the dose rate.
