emmet st is right in the middle of town, along the river, the loft Pub does b& B and is right beside it. Ballina Manor hotel is just at the top of the street. most of the other B&B's would not be in the centre of the town but would be a short walk away.

Id say Ballina Manor Hotel would be as cheap as a BB
