Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have George and Ronnie passed out with boredom?

O'Neill has asked Ronnie to lace up his boots.

This is gash. Keane and O'Neill are hopeless out of their depth at this level. They need to go and we need to get a decent manager with international experience in.

Two of three changes soon could change it, but they are leaving it late to make a decision.

    Get Robbie off now.

What level? International football for 2nd/3rd tier nation. Who do you want?

Fuuuuck that was decent from McGeady

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,395 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

Not sure why Ronnie is blaming McGeady there. It was a crap pass from Walters that allowed the defender a chance to get a challenge in.

I feel we will nick a goal

Quinn looks like the only Irishman likely to make something happen

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

The amount of times the only pass on has been back to the keeper is ridiculous.

Over involving Forde in a part of his game severely lacking.

3 man midfield and too many times not showing for it

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,006 ✭✭✭edgecutter

We are struggling to create things at the minute. Bringing on Brady for set pieces could be a massive boost for us.

Keane needs to come off, no support or chances being created and he is becoming a hindrance to the team.

Doyle or Long up front will add some pace and presence which will benefit.

Irish management obviously paralysed by fear. Can't do anything. Won't do anything. Hopeless. Hopeless

Quinn has done alright. I hope the changes come before we concede a 2nd.

Think a substitution is required if something's going to change. Maybe Hoolihan and/or Long.

Bench needs to be emptied. Eire left flank woeful. Hopeless. Hopeless.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,304 ✭✭✭✭ctrl-alt-delete

Walters and Keane having no luck with the punts forward or getting onto the end of McGeadys crosses.

Long needs to be brought on if this is to continue like this, but I think O'Neill will leave the change/s too late.

Its going to be the teams that slip up against Georgia that wont qualify imo. We really need to get maximum points.

Seems like the management are happy to play for a point here.

Not all his fault but Keane has been a passenger for the whole game, need to make a change up front if we're to nick a goal

O'Neill looking aimlessly at a scrap of dirty paper. No answers there sir.

    Make some changes ffs

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,006 ✭✭✭edgecutter

The bench not even warming up! You have to wonder what the management team are watching.

The only midfielder showing for the ball. Wish McCarthy would do the same.

When we passed the ball the Georgians looked crap!

No way Roy would accept that.

Do the lads know they can bring substitutes on?

    Yep seems the way.

Looks like we over estimated Georgia with our game plan, it's overly negative.

Very hard to prep all week that way then realise there not as good and try change it mid game.

DISASTER ! Ward ok to continue !

At least the team we have out now isn't our best team and hopefully Martin will realise he got it wrong and make the necessary changes.

Robbie Brady on now please and a 2-1 win would be a great result.

    Be quiet, Robbie.

Did McGeady just say "**** you" at (a whinging) Keane? :pac:

Ah remember the days when we had the Ginger Pele Gary Doherty to nod in a winner against this crowd.

    Hurry bleeden up Robbie.

Taken far to long for these subs. problems could be seen since the first half.

At last , should have made the changes 15 minutes ago .

No, I don't think so. Just frustration at the miss, I thought

Two decent changes coming on, but too late for me.

Walters or Whelan needed to come off instead of Quinn.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,006 ✭✭✭edgecutter

    Quinn off. Bull**** move.

Can't take off the immobile rock Glen Whelan.

Good. If may be what's needed for fresh management.
