Blue painted lines?

    anyone shed some light on the newly painted lines on Dock Road, Clare Street and O'Curry street (and maybe other places too but thats all I've seen). red lines and blue lines with PR stenciled on them. similar to bus stop lines.

    Traffic warden told me those blue likes are for park and rides as well as temporary bus stops.
