Hi all,

Got a replacement battery during the week for my macbook pro - the old one was on its last legs and was barely keeping a charge.

Got a replacement one (not directly from apple - from a company here in Dublin online) which I put in. However it doesnt charge fully and always stops at 48%. I have looked online and seen suggestions about resetting the PRAM and SMC which I have tried to no avail.

Any other suggestions on possible fixes?
