Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just tried to create an acc and it said my email already exists. But its my fathers bank details that are on it. I want to re open my netflix account with my own bank details?

    So is your father using the account
    at the moment? I'm sure you could delete the current card details stored against and register a new card with the account

    No the account hasnt been used in a year. So id have to reopen it with his card and then change it to my card maybe?

    You should be able to log in and change the payment details.

    Just set up a new email address with your most used password, it'll take less than 2 minutes

    I did log in but there is no option to change payment details

    Once you login you'll see "Your Details" and a link beside them to "Edit Payment".

    The only thing i see is the option to "restart your membership"

    For the love of christ press it, then you can change the payment details before you pay.
