    Phone is dead, does anyone know how to get calls diverted to another phone through the mailbox?

    If you're with Vodafone, you can configure Call Divert through your online account. If O2, you need to call customer service to do this. Don't know about other operators that you might be with but suggest you call their customer service.

    NB that there might be a charge for calls diverted to another number...
