I have an 18sqm extension out of the back of the house. The tiled extension roof has a gable end and there is a little sagging in part of it (previous owner built it around 10 years ago..) Second option would be to convert roof from gable roof to hip roof (so roof will end up with 3 rather than 2 sides..) Again hopefully a lot of existing material can be reused ..so wondering how much extra this may cost
