Apologies if this has been posted before. I've noticed that all of the bins around the city are for general rubbish. In particular the ones by the Claddagh and Spanish Arch. With the amount of people drinking around there I'm sure a huge amount of cans/bottles etc get thrown in with everything else. Does anybody know if…
