If actual modders, you can report them by pressing start/options, go to players in session list, highlight the guy and press Report.

Hacking, the explosion cheat. Everyone just keeps blowing up, weather in passive or apartments or what not. Serious hack for the ol K/D ratio

Man, the K/D ratio in GTA Online is pointless. Being killed is half the fun. That and losing races. That's what I tell myself anyway

Nope, its part of the game, they wouldn't patch it.
It doesn't work if you try to jack someone from their PV and the vehicle is set to No-One or Crews and Friends, it works on vehicles from the street

Level 79 for me and I just like doing most missions on my own and fighting gang attacks. I'm trying to lift my kd rate, by wandering freeroam in the Rhino. I need to master the vtol and choppers, but haven't yet.

Can't confirm cause I'm at work but apparently theres 50% off hydra, both insurgents and few other vehicles. Just in case anyone was thinking of buying, this might just make up your minds.

I'd be tempted by the Hydra, if only to be able to get to crates quicker than my ould savage will carry me. Sold my insurgent, can't remember the last time I used my Insurgent pick-up.

It's handy Frankie for smuggler helis and planes. I'd say buy it at that price man. I paid the 3 mill
